This policy explains how Verbena LLC ("Verbena," "we," "us") handles information collected through this website, verbena.health. It does not cover protected health information (PHI) that Verbena may process on behalf of a client organization under a Business Associate Agreement; that information is governed by the BAA and our security & compliance commitments.

- Information you give us. When you submit the contact form or email us, we collect your name, email address, organization, role, and the message you send.
- Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider may log standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited. We keep analytics minimal and privacy-respecting.
How we use it
- To respond to your inquiry and have a conversation about whether we can help your organization.
- To improve the website and understand which content is useful.
- To send information you've requested, such as the Readiness one-pager.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use website inquiries to build or share marketing lists with third parties.

We share information only with service providers that help us operate the site and respond to you (for example, our hosting and email providers), and only as needed for those purposes. We may disclose information if required by law.
