Questions people ask before paying
Is the free plan a trial?
No. It is free permanently and does not ask for a card. It tracks one license: add it and your courses and see what you still owe. If you hold one license, that is a fine place to stay.
What does the tracker do?
You tell it which licenses you hold and which courses you took, with the hours and the topics they covered, and it counts them toward each requirement your board lists. Free tracks one license. Plus tracks every license you hold and adds reminder emails, the audit report and transcript import.
We are a practice. How does that work?
Groups are priced per clinician and put on one bill. Tell us about your team and we will come back with a number.
Which term should I pick?
Most licenses renew on a two-year cycle, so two years for $69 covers a whole cycle. One year is $39. There is no monthly plan.
Do I need a card to try it?
No. The free plan never asks for one.
Can I get an invoice instead of paying by card?
For larger practices and organizations, yes. Get in touch and we will sort it out.
What if my board changes a rule?
That is the point of the product. We update the requirements and you get the change in your next monthly email, on every plan including Free.
Is my licence number or any client information involved?
Verbena holds no client or patient information of any kind. It is a compliance data service for you as a professional, not a clinical system.

We are working on connecting Verbena to where your CE lives, so a course you finish turns up against the requirement it counts toward without you typing it in. It is not built yet and nothing is connected today.
