Group
$39per seat, a month
For practices with two or more clinicians. Two seats minimum.

Prices are per month in US dollars. A Group of four is $156 a month, which is four seats at $39. Nothing is charged until you choose a paid plan.

Questions people ask before paying
Is the free plan a trial?
No. It is free permanently and does not ask for a card. It is the whole change digest for the states and licenses you follow. If it is all you need, that is a fine place to stay.
What exactly does the tracker do?
You tell it which licenses you hold and which courses you have taken. It works out which requirement each course counts toward, including the specific mandated topics your board asks for, and shows you what is still outstanding before your renewal. You can type a course in your own words or pick it from the catalog.
What happens if I add or remove someone from a Group?
You are billed for the seats you have. Add a seat and it is added to the bill; remove one and it comes off. Two seats is the minimum for a Group, so a single clinician is on Practice.
Do I need a card to try it?
No. The free plan never asks for one.
Can I get an invoice instead of paying by card?
For larger practices and organizations, yes. Get in touch and we will sort it out.
What if my board changes a rule?
That is the point of the product. We update the requirements and you get the change in your next monthly email, on every plan including Free.
Is my licence number or any client information involved?
Verbena holds no client or patient information of any kind. It is a compliance data service for you as a professional, not a clinical system.
